Newly released variety 2014. This later maturing cross includes Rose Gold in its parentage. Yellow fleshed tuber has red/pink eyes. Produces 4-5 more tubers per plant than Yukon Gold that are smaller in size. It is more resistant to scab than Yukon Gold. This potato is better for baking, mashed and boiled potatoes than for making chips.
