Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.  There may also be a "handling charge" by the shipping company if the delivery address is in a remote location.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The shipping charges are determine as a "single" shipping carton/parcel.  It may be necessary to package your order in multiple cartons/parcels.  If this occurs, you may be notified of additional shipping charges.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You can notify us of your return by signing onto your account, click on "Completed Orders", complete the form and "Submit a Return Request".  We will be notified of your request and promptly contact you.

You can either notify us by e-mail (weborders@harmonyfarm.com) or by phone (707-823-9125) or by fax (707-823-5586). We will need the following information to issue a Return Authorization and Call Tag:

  • Name under which the order was placed
  • Address to which the order was shipped
  • Contact preference (e-mail, phone, or fax) and the contact e-mail address or phone number
  • The Order Number
  • The Item(s) and quantites that are to be credited/returned
  • The reason for the credit/return

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the time your returns package is delivered to the shipping company, however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time of the package to be delivered to us (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return after we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (3 to 5 business days).  If you paid by Credit Card, we will credit the card with which you made the initial purchase.  If you paid by Gift Certificate, we will issue a store credit to be used at www.harmonyfarm.com.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
