A purple fingerling with great purple skin color. Inside is light purple flesh with darker flecks. This potato is a long season variety that needs at least 110 days to produce an adequate crop. Be patient with this one. Good keeper. An earthy, nutty flavor with a waxy texture this potato holds up well to roasting or boiling. Rich in antioxidants  like anthocyanin.
